Not once in my life have I had of any accused being released without trial. How do individuals in custody get released without trial yet the rate of crime in this country is so high? If what the Kimberly magistrate did is true, then I hope those in authority give her a hard slap on the hand. If her working hours were over, then I believe she should have just left the matter to be solved the following day not just dismiss it without looking into the core of the matter.
Now, there is possibility that those who threaten to be danger to society are out there because they have been given a second chance to do as they please.
